Each bid is individual. The price depends on the specific dates, length of stay, number of persons and song ratings. For families with children offer discounts.

It is necessary to pay 200€ deposit when the reservation is confirmed, and the rest is paid on arrival.

We demand returnable caution 200€. The deposit will be refunded to your account no later than 5 days after the end of your stay in full if no damage is caused during your stay.
We charge a fee for consumed electricity € 0.3 / kWh.

Cancellation:
The client has the right to cancel your reservation by email or phone 31 days before arrival without cancellation charges. Cancellations 30 -0 days before the stay is canceled, the commission of 50% of the total price. Upon payment of the client confirms that it accepts the above conditions.

In the winter months, we rent the cottage Lienka for at least 3 nights.
